Environment Agency Waste Licence
UBU Environmental Ltd is licensed through the Environment Agency to collect and treat inert Road Sweeper waste at our own premises in Manchester. We are registered as an Upper Tier Carrier, Broker and Dealer – Registration number: CBDU101690. This means we can keep and treat controlled road sweeper and gully waste at our site in Manchester.
Where construction sites are not licensed to dispose of Road Sweeper waste on suitably approved locations on site, UBU Environmental Ltd can provide an environmentally sound, and extremely cost-effective alternative to Landfill sites. We hold all the necessary WAMITAB accreditations to ensure that we employ technically competent people with the knowledge and skills to ensure our waste site complies with the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations.
We ensure continuing competence to maintain compliance with industry changes. This is reflected in our duty of care paperwork as well as our comprehensive Environmental Management System which is externally verified by an independent Environmental consultant.
