• Payment details (Used to secure payment for our services & to pay for services we use).

• Receiving purchase orders (Data supplied for the work we conduct on behalf of 3rd parties).

• Gathering verbal information and recording it on our computer systems (Telephone conversations)

between UBU staff & customers, suppliers, contractors & members of public).

• Receiving payments from customers (credit information received via telephone, mail or face to face

on site)
