Our old website just didnt reflect what a dynamic and innovative sweeper company UBU are.
After several months of meticulous planning with our colleagues at web design company, Embryo Digital, UBU Environmental Ltd are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new website! As a family run business who have been established for over 21 years we were extremely driven to create a bespoke website that could clearly tell our story, as well as communicating our values to both existing and potential customers.
The website was designed with YOU in mind, so that hiring from UBU can be completely stress free! If you are responsible for any aspect of highway maintenance, airside cleansing, post event purging or general surface cleaning then this is the site for you!
Our truck mounted range includes over 120 of the highest specification of cleaning vehicles including Roadsweepers, High Pressure Road Jetters, Jet Vac Whale Tankers and Pedestrian Pavement sweepers. Our new website expands on the specification of all our operated plant in great detail, and also elaborates on what machine is the most suitable for your job. UBU takes pride in all aspects of key performance which we have developed and embedded in all aspects of the business throughout its year on year growth. We feel that after many years of engaging with customers, suppliers, employees, and the manufacturers of Roadsweepers we can identify these core values and deliver them consistently. Our new website seeks to show you how we address health and safety, compliance, environmental factors and social responsibility so that you can gain a greater understanding into what makes UBU different from others who are simply offering nothing more than operated roadsweeper hire.
One of the main achievements you will read about is our solution to our Roadsweeper waste. Instead of accepting the existing landfill options, UBU sought to look at an entirely revolutionary solution that not only diverted waste from landfill, but also permitted the extraction of reusable material from the wet waste. UBU proudly commissioned a state-of-the-art waste treatment plant under the engineering guidance of CDEnviro, which can process in excess of 50,000 tonnes of waste annually! The innovative facility, which is located at our own premises in Manchester, allows us to divert maximum waste from landfill and convert it into 50-125 tonnes of washed materials such as aggregates or sand a day. This means we can deliver you new materials as well as collecting your waste!
